  • Decadent Truffles

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup heavy cream or canned full-fat coconut milk
    • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate chips
    • ¼ tsp spice of choice (optional) (cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne pepper, etc.)
    • ¼ cup topping of choice (chopped nuts, sprinkles, cocoa powder, etc.)

    Directions

    Prep the ingredients

    1. Place heavy cream or coconut milk in a microwave safe pitcher. Cover and microwave on high power 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips, desired spice and stir with a silicone spatula until smooth.

    Let it set & Assemble

    1. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until ganache is thick. Using small portioning scoop, scoop out 12 even portions and roll each into a ball.
    2. Place topping/toppings of choice in the Ideal Lit’l Bowls. Roll each truffle ball into toppings of choice.
    3. Serve immediately or store in the Heart Case in refrigerator until ready to eat.
  • Teriyaki Salmon

    Ingredients:

    • 6 salmon fillets, skin removed (approx. 4-5 oz each) (±115-140 g each)
    • 6 tbsp teriyaki sauce (±90 ml)
    • 1 tbsp olive oil (±15 ml)
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (±15 ml)
    • 3 cups cooked rice for serving (±600 g)

    Directions:

    1. Brush a 9x13 in. (23 x 33 cm) baking dish with olive oil.
    2. Place salmon fillets in baking dish, and brush teriyaki sauce on both sides of the fillet, ½ tbsp (7 ml) on each side, and let marinate for 30 min.
    3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    4. Bake salmon for 12-15 min., or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Overnight Oats

    Ingredients:

    Base (Vanilla)

    • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (±55 g)
    • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (±65 g)
    • ¾ cup milk of choice (±180 ml)
    • 1½ tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.)
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
    • Toppings of choice

    Topping Options

    PB&J

    • 2 tbsp fruit jam of choice
    • 2 tbsp nut butter of choice

    Pina Colada (use coconut milk in the base recipe)

    • ¼ cup small diced pineapple
    • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

    Carrot Cake

    • ¼ cup shredded carrot
    • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
    • 2 tbsp raisins
    • ½ tsp cinnamon

    Fruit Crisp

    • ¼ cup fresh berries or chopped peaches
    • 2 tbsp granola

    Directions:

    1. Mix ingredients for base in the Table Charm Voilaâ„¢ Glass Mini 400 ml / 1.65 cups Container, cover and store in fridge overnight.
    2. In the morning or when ready to eat, add toppings of choice.
